Disorderly Conduct at West Melton

Frank Rafferty, of West Melton, was summoned for having been drunk and for having refused to quit the Cottage of Content Inn, West Melton, on the 5th inst.

The landlord said the defendant was the worse for drink, and he was not supplied with any liquor when he entered the house. When asked to leave he refused to go, and he was put out by the police.

There was one previous conviction against the defendant, who was now fined 5s. and costs.
