The marriage was solemnised by Rev. E. M. Turner. at Wath Parish Church on Saturday, of Miss Iris Nicholls, younger daughter of Mr. and Mrs.. E. Nicholls, of 69. Sandygate. Wath, and Mr. Jack Creighton Noble, son ot the late Mr. and Mrs. Noble, of 33, Slade Road, Swinton.
The service was choral. The organist was Mr. Schofield Hampshire.
The bride was given away by her father and wore a gown of white satin beanie, classically cut with a veil held by camellias.
She carried white carnations, and was attended by Mrs. E. J. Fern. la bosky a viith a headdress of navy and Miss A. Nicholls and Miss Edna Pearce, in gowns of pink georgette over sain beaute with turbans and shoes to tone.
The maids, who carried pink carnations, received gold necklaces from the bridegroom. Mr. Donald Morley was best man and the groomsman was Mr. Douglas Nicholls. A reading lamp and a linen tablecloth were received from colleagues of the bride at Wath Isolation Hospital.
