Sisters Serving

The daughters of Mr. and Mrs. E. Parkin, of 46, Oaklea Avenue, West Melton, are serving in the Forces. Educated at Wath National School, the sisters, who were domestic servants, both volunteered and now both are corporals.

Beatrice (24) has been in the W.A.A.F. for about 18 months, and Nellie (20) has seen just over 13 month’s service in the A.T.S. attached to an A.A. Battery.
