Mr. D. Burditt (Wath) and Miss A. Nuttall (Wath)

The wedding took place on Saturday at Wath Parish Church of Miss Alvina Nuttall, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Nuttall of 29, Winfield Road, Wath-on-Dearne, and Mr. Dennis Burditt, adopted son of Mr. and the late Mrs. Kemp, of 8, Common Lane, Wath-on-Dearne.

Given away by her father, the bride was dressed in a gown of white lace over taffeta, with orange blossom headdress, and carried red carnations.

She was attended by Misses Mary and Betty Nuttall, Lily Richmond, Joan Clegg, Jean Beadling and Margaret Jackson.

Mr. J. Wheeler was best man and Mr. R. Whitworth groomsman.

The couple received an oak tray from their workmates at Waterstone Glassware Ltd., Wath.
