Mr. and Mrs. Fred Carr, of West Melton, have received the news that their son. Pte. H. Carr, West Yorks., has been wounded in France, and is in hospital at Rouen.

He is suffering from a gunshot wound in the left cheek.

He enlisted as soon as he was old enough, and went out at the latter end of last year.
