Lance Corporal George William Greaves, 40 Sandymount road, Wath-upon-Dearne, second son of Mr. and Mrs. George Greaves, was captured on April 12, and has written from Germany to say that he is well.

He enlisted before the war, and has completed four years’ service.

He is 19 years of age, and first went to France at the age of 17.

Before joining the Army he was employed at the Brewery.
