Gunner Robert William Freeman, West Melton

Gunner Robert William Freeman, only son of Mrs. and the late Mr. J. R.  Freeman of 9, Hoyles Buildings, High Street, West Melton, joined the Army in June 1942 and is ow in the Middle East.

He was formerly a joiner and was treasurer of the Woodworkers’ Union (Wath branch).  He was a member of Wath Ambulance Brigade and an A.R.P. worker.
