A Wath Virago.
Elizabeth Brown, of Wath, had been summoned by P.C. Baker for being drunk and disorderly at that place, on the 14th inst.
The officer stated that about a quarter-past ten o’clock, on the night of the day in question he was on duty when he heard a great noise at the top of High-street, Wath. He went there and found the defendant shouting, making a great noise, and using very bad language. He ordered her home but she refused to go. He had cautioned her many times previously.
Fined 5s. and costs, or ten days.
