Damaging False Teeth – Must Appear.

Thomas E. Price, miner, of Wath, was summoned for doing wilful damage to false teeth to the amount of £4, and assaulting Joseph E. Plant, at Mexborough, but he did not appear, Mrs. Price coming instead.

The Clerk (Mr. E. W. Pettifer): Where is your husband ?—He stopped at home to go to work.

The Clerk: He must not stop at home to go to work, but come here.

The case was adjourned to tomorrow (Saturday) to enable defendant to appear.
