Fatal Accident at Manvers Main

A filler named Ernest Taylor, said to be about 21, yesterday met with an accident at number two pit, which resulted in his death.

The body was taken to White Lee Road, but his lodgings could not be ascertained; therefore, the ambulance proceeded to Bolton, and took the disease to the home of his parents.

It is stated that deceased was engaged to be married very shortly allow.
