Gambling at Concrete.

Peter Henry Partridge, Charles Whaling, James Jones., and Daniel Fever, of Concrete, were summoned for having gambled with coins on the highway on the 24th ult..

Police constable Hyde proved the case.

Partridge was fined 2s. 6d. and costa, and the other defendants, who did not appear, were mulcted in a penalty of 5s and costs each.
