Gaming at Wath

John Winstanley, miner, of six, Wilfred Winstanley, miner, of West Melton, Arthur Speight, miner, Winterwell Geo. Bullins. miner, Winterwell, and Thomas Handsburg, miner, of Winterwell, were summoned f0r gaming at Wath on the 8th inst.

P.c. Garrett gave evidence, and the defendants were fined 13s. and costs.

Thomas Waugh, Wm. Downing, Jas. Hill, miners, of Concrete, were fined 5s. and costs for having gambled at Brampton Bierlow on the 7th inst.
