Local Education Officer

Mr. John R. Yeardley has been appointed Divisional Clerk for the No. 18 Division (comprising the districts of Swinton, Wath & Rawmarsh), in succession to Mr, Marshall.

Mr. Yeardley was for 13 years an assistant in the Stores and Registers Department of the Sheffield School Board and Education Committee, and has for some time been employed at the County Hall, Wakefield, in the School Supply Department.

Latterly he held the position of senior clerk in the finance section at the County Hall, Wakefield.
