Private Barraclough of 30 Winnifred Rd, Wath on Dearne, was wounded in the advance on July 1 and is now in hospital at Stockport.

He was 18 years old a few weeks ago, and was formally a pony driver at Wath Main.

He enlisted in June 1915, and went out in December.
