2nd-Lieut, Albert Lightly.

East Yorkshire Regiment

2nd-Lt. Albert Lightly (East Yorks.), third son of Mrs. and the late Mr. S. Lightly, Warehouse road, Wath-on-Dearne, is reported as missing.

Mrs. Lightly received an official telegram stating that he had been missing since Easter Sunday, and no further details were known. Lieut.

Lightly gained his commission last year. He is nearly 25 years of age, and has seen much service in. France, having enlisted at the outbreak of war, and has two brothers serving, one a sergeant in the Engineers, and a younger one in the Artillery, at the present time in England, having been badly gassed, and other complications. He is just about convalescent.
