Private Scott, fourth son of Mr. and Mrs. G. B. Scott, of High St., Wath-on-Dearne, was wounded in the right shoulder on April 18, and died the following clay.

He was one of four brothers serving in France, enlisted in. September, 1916, and went to France in December 1916.

He had seen severe fighting at Arras, Loos, and Lens, and returned to France from leave last January.

His sister, Mrs. Darley, has received a letter from the chaplain who was with him at the last, and buried him. He leaves a wife and two children.
