In It Again

Lance/Bombardier R. Sidebottom, of 7, Winterwell Road, West Melton, had plenty of experience of the last war, when he served with the Notts. and Derbyshire Regiment. And now he is somewhere in England once more doing his bit with the Royal Artillery.

Sidebottom, who is married and has three children, was employed at Wath Main Colliery and was well known as a drummer in local dance bands. He is a member of the Wath and West Melton Old Folk’s Treat Fund Committee.

He has always been an enthusiastic and hard-working Territorial, and before war broke out he had served eleven years.
