Private Harry Taylor, aged 19, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Taylor, of Riley Road, Wath-on-Deanne, is on active service in this country, and thinks the Army a fine life.

Before being called up he worked for Mr. E. Sutcliffe, builder, Swinton. Harry’s father has seen 13 years’ service and ten years on reserve in the Royal Marines.
