Prisoner In Germany

L/cpl. Tom Wadsworth, son of Mrs. and the late Mr. W. H. Wadsworth, 25, Beech Road, Wath, is now a prisoner of war in Germany.

His wife, who lives at 62, Wath Road, Brampton, heard recently that he has been transferred to Germany from a prison camp in Italy, where he had been since June, 1942.

L/cpl. Wadsworth was taken prisoner at Mersa Matruh in June, 1942.

Before joining the Forces he was a colliery weigh clerk at Manvers Main Colliery.
