Wath Grammar School Master has Written a Book

Wath, school chemistry master and middle school head, Mr Dennis White has written a chemistry book with a modern approach. He is a former Mexborough Grammar School head boy. He graduated from Oriel College Oxford, with BSC (research) and MA degrees, and also gained a double blue.

He has been teaching at Wath for the past eight years.

At his home 63, Church Street Swinton, he told the “South Yorkshire Times”, I have always been interested in developments in chemistry I thought there was a need for a chemistry book with a modern approach.”

The book “A modern introduction to chemistry,” has been published by Pergamon Press, Oxford and is already in use in several schools.
