Past and Present

Here are two photographs of Wath Parish Church choir. The top picture was taken in 1894, and the group includes: Mr. A. T. Thomson, Mr. E. Nichols (who is still in the choir), Mr. T. Wade, Mr. H. Wardell, the late Mr. Coates (organist for 50 years), and the verger, Mr. Thomas.

The lower picture, taken recently, shows the present choir, which is worthily upholding the tradition of the church. Mr. A. T. Thomson and Mr. Nichols again appear in the group.
