Wath Pugilist jailed for two months

Described as a pugilist, William Setters, Wath-on-Dearne, was at the Doncaster West Riding Police Court yesterday sent prison for two months for assaulting Michael Rooney, miner, Denaby, on June 18th.

Setters, who was stated to have served two months imprisonment for a similar offence against Rooney, was the aggressor and denied that he was a professional pugilist.
