Mr. Irving Branham, a plumber, of Wath-on-Dearne is to be a candidate at the forthcoming election of the Wath Urban District Council.

His father (Mr. Arthur Branham) has been Councillor for Wath-on-Dearne since 1911, and has been elected chairman of the authority twice.
