The wedding of Miss Annie Jackson, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. Jackson, High Street, West Melton, and Mr. Charles A. Scott, only son of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Scott, Moreton, Blackheath, London, took place at Wath Parish Church on Wednesday, the Rev. L. E. Meredith, officiating.

The bride was given away by her father, and wore ivory satin beaute, modelled on classic lines, with short coatee, and carried pink carnations. She was attended by Misses W. Taylor and H. Roberts, who were green and beige floral georgette, with green crinoline hats, and carried tea roses.

The bride’s mother wore black lace and georgette, and the mother of the bridegroom, black silk and lace.

The best man was Mr. J. Manning and the groomsmen, Messrs. T. W. Jackson and H. R. Higginbottom. A reception was held in Church House.

The honeymoon is being spent in Devon.
