Signalman Leslie Gray (27), Royal Corps of Signals, has been in the Middle East for over two years. He is the only son of Mrs. and the late Mr. T. Gray, of 4, Winterwell Road, West Melton.

He has been in the Forces just over three years, and before being called up was a member of the staff of the Regal Cinema, Rotherham.

Signalman Gray is an old pupil of Wath Park Road School. His father served in the last war.
